Grants and stipends are intended for highly motivated young scientists with limited resources, who receive no other financial support from third parties (for example employer or sponsor) To be eligible you must be a young scientist, i.e. graduated from your first MSc or MD no more than 5 years before the start of the academic year and you do not receive financial support from third parties (for example employer or sponsor) for the tuition fee.
