DEI - Translating DEI into action
Let's embark on Module 4, which focus on turning the awareness about DEI into action. This toolkit focuses on the role of students, educators and support staff when it comes to integrating DEI perspectives into their roles.
Depending on your role, you need only go through the section that speaks to you. If you are a student, focus on M4.3; if you are an educator on M4.4 and if you support staff focus on M4.5. Throughout the module you will find examples and promising practices from NeurotechEU partners and other universities about ways in which educators, support staff and students might become engaged with DEI based on their roles and context. You will notice three separate tracks in this module: 1) Students, 2) Educators and 3) Support staff. Pick the one you relate to the most and navigate the module based on your needs and interests.
Once you have completed this module you should be able to:
- Consider ways in which based on your role, you might be able to engage with DEI at your university
