The INCF network is composed of researchers, infrastructure providers, industry, and publishers from 18 countries spanning 4 continents committed to the development, evaluation and implementation of standards and best practices thar embrace the principles of Open, FAIR, and Citeable neuroscience. 

INCF will be involved in infrastructural support for online learning resources, dissemination, and public engagement.
