Linking neuronal activity to behaviour using AI-based online detection
Linking neuronal activity to behaviour using AI-based online detection
In this recorded lecture, Dr. Martin Schwarz Jump to Edgenote (University of Bonn), group leader of Functional Neuroconnectomics at the Institute for Experimental (postdoc) will talk about linking neuronal activity to behaviour using AI-based online detection. You can watch both the recorded lecture and the accompanying slides .
The Functional Neuroconnectomics group focuses on the functional characterisation of neuronal circuits that orchestrate olfactory-driven behaviour and its alterations associated with epileptic seizures, using e.g. AI-based behavioural analyses (DLC, DLStream).
