About this course
This course covers acquisition and advanced analysis of MRI-data in clinical research including scanning
routines, tractography, tract-based spatial statistics, voxel-based morphometry and
support machine vector programming.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the practical course, the student is supposed to independently handle the acquisition, preprocessing and analysis of structural MRI data and relate the results to questions of clinical neuroscience.
