- Basic fluorescence microscopy
- Fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM), 2P excitation
- Fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET)
- Stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy (d-STORM)
- 3D-Electron microscopy, focused-ion beam (FIB) milling and scanning EM, specimen preparation and embedding.
