The Transilvania Digital Innovation Hub is part of the EU Network of Innovation and Digital Transformation hubs. Its aim is to support the digital transition of industry and the public sector, using the main innovation actors in the North-West region of Romania. 

TITC can provide expertise in order to implement the following activities within NeurotechEU: needs validation, cocreation of the digital health, safety service through workshops.

UMF Cluj and Transilvania IT Cluster are part of the local innovation ecosystem in Cluj-Napoca, and have common interests in advancing the development of digital solutions for the healthcare sector. Both organisations are coordinating common activities aiming to raise awareness about the benefits of developing innovative solutions with technology, as well as connect the research with the industrial sector, with possibility to test innovative solutions in relevant environment (i.e. Public hospitals)
