You have completed your studies with outstanding results. You want to take a methodologically sophisticated approach to your dissertation and work in a field that is relevant to science. You have not yet started your dissertation project or are in the first three months since starting the project. You would like to complete your doctorate at a German university with the right to award doctorates. You meet the formal requirements of the university (see also the doctoral regulations applicable there) at which you wish to pursue your dissertation project. You have not yet started or successfully completed a doctorate. You have not yet secured funding for your living expenses during your doctoral studies. Supervision commitment: Your supervisor is willing to supervise you as part of this support program. The supervisor must confirm in a separate informal letter that they will supervise the applicant within the framework of Dissertation Plus and thus participate in the supervision agreement and monthly evaluations. German is your native language, or you can demonstrate very good German language skills (B1) (DSH certificate, TestDaf). Extracurricular involvement is desirable.

This program fosters impactful professor-doctoral student collaborations to advance exceptional research outcomes. It provides structured mentorship agreements, reflective monitoring systems, and financial support to ensure high-quality academic guidance and successful dissertation achievements.
