One login for Campus+ and the Forum

NeurotechEU · Action needed

Please check your Forum email now

We are joining Campus+ and the Forum under one NeurotechEU login. Before we do, please make sure you use your official university email on the Forum, the same one you use on Campus+.

What we are asking everyone to do now:

  1. Check the email on your Forum account (avatar → Preferences → Account → Email) and the email on your Campus+ account.
  2. If they are different, or if your Forum email is a personal one (for example Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail), change your Forum email to your official university email now.
  3. Use your official university email everywhere, on Campus+ and on the Forum, so the two accounts stay connected.

Please do this by Friday 5 June 2026. It only takes a minute and protects all your forum posts and history when the single login goes live.

How to change your Forum email

  1. On the Forum, click your avatar (top right), then Preferences → Account → Email.
  2. Replace your current email with your official university email (the one your Campus+ account uses) and save.
  3. Check your inbox and click the confirmation link.

Not sure which email your Campus+ account uses, or would rather we change it for you? Email Pradeep George (pradeep.george@ki.se). Please do not create a new Forum account, that would split your history.

Why we are asking

In the coming week, Campus+ and the NeurotechEU Forum will share one account. You will log in once and be signed in to both, and your existing password keeps working, there is nothing to reset.

Your email address is the key that links your two accounts. If your Forum email and your Campus+ email are the same official university address, the switch is seamless and all your posts and history carry over. That is why we ask you to align them now.

What changes for everyone

  • One login, both platforms. Sign in to Campus+ or the Forum once, and the other recognises you automatically in the same browser session.
  • One password, held centrally. There is no separate Forum password. Change your password once and it applies to both.
  • Log out once, log out everywhere. It is a single shared session.
  • A new sign-in page. When you click Log in on Campus+ or the Forum, you are taken to the branded NeurotechEU sign-in automatically. You may be asked to sign in once after the switch, this is expected, not a fault.

Find your situation

How your first login goes depends on which accounts you already have. Find your case below.

Case 1

You have both, with the same email No action

This is the smoothest case. At your first sign-in you will see the NeurotechEU sign-in page with a list of partner universities. Pick your university tile (use the search box to find it quickly) and sign in with your normal university login. If you do not sign in through a university, click "Log in with your NeurotechEU account" below the tiles and use your existing Campus+ email and password instead. Either way, the Forum recognises you by your email and keeps all your posts and history.

Case 2

You have both, but with different emails Please fix by Friday 5 June 2026

This is the case that needs action now: your Forum email differs from your Campus+ email (often a personal address on the Forum versus your official university address on Campus+). Change your Forum email to your official university email using the steps in "How to change your Forum email" above, so your two accounts link and your posts and history are preserved.

Case 3

You only have a Campus+ account No action

Log in to Campus+ with your existing password. The first time you visit the Forum and click Log in, a forum account is created for you automatically from your NeurotechEU profile. Same single password for both.

Case 4

You only have a Forum account One-time password set

Your forum account has already been registered into NeurotechEU Sign-In for you. You just set a password the first time:

  1. Go to the Forum and click Log in.
  2. On the NeurotechEU sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter your forum email.
  3. Follow the emailed link to set your password, then sign in.

The Forum recognises you by email, so your existing posts and history are preserved.

In all cases

  • Use the same email you already use, that is what keeps your accounts connected.
  • Do not create a second account to work around a login issue, it splits your history. Email Pradeep George (pradeep.george@ki.se) instead.
  • One password, both platforms. Once you are in, the same login works for Campus+ and the Forum.

Need help? Email Pradeep George (pradeep.george@ki.se) with the platform you are using, your email, and what happens when you click Log in.
