    About this course
              Topics covered include:
- Experimental design strategies
- Fluorescent immuno-histochemistry
- Confocal Microscopy
- Intra-vital Microscopy (e.g. two-photon, three-photon, 2P-STED, ...)
- Data analysis
- Behaviour
Learning outcomes
Students will gain hands-on experience on fluorescent immuno-histochemistry, confocal microscopy and intra-vital microscopy (functional (Ca2+-imaging) and structural (e.g. GFP, YFP, tdTomato) in different cellular compartments). Students will also be able to perform data analysis of these different modalities and behaviour experiments.
