Emily C. Arauz Research Coordinator, WP4 Lead Dr. Emily C. Arauz is a Research Coordinator for NeurotechEU and WP4 Lead, based at Boğaziçi University. With a background in the humanities, her interests and experience center on community engagement practices and societal innovation.
Mark Vlek de Coningh Secretary General Mark Vlek de Coningh is Secretary General of NeurotechEU. He previously worked at Nuffic, the Dutch organisation for internationalisation of education as Deputy Director for Partnerships & Programmes. He holds a BSc and MSc in Political Science from Radboud University.
Volkan Ozguz General Manager, Technology Transfer Office Dr. Ozguz has extensive R&D and project management experience in the design and implementation of microelectronic, nanoelectronic and optoelectronic systems including fabrication technologies, process design and integration, establishment of R&D centers, facility operations and technology transfer.
